Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
The customer has the right to return purchased goods from the EBS webshop within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for withdrawal shall be fourteen (14) days from the date on which the customer takes possession of the final goods delivered.
To exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer must notify EBS by email to info@ebssweden.com of his/her decision to return the goods in a clear declaration.
Consequences of a return
If the customer wishes to return purchased goods within the timeframe given above, EBS must return any payments we have received from the customer, including delivery costs, no later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which we receive the notice of the customer’s withdrawal from this Contract. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods though.
The customer must return or hand over the goods to EBS without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which he/she notifies us of the withdrawal.
The cost for the return of goods shall be covered by the customer.
Special details regarding the return of BULKY GOODS (large items, shipped with UPS)
NOTE! In case of bulky goods, not handled by regular mail services, the expected cost for the return shall be the same as the delivery cost IF the customer lets EBS arrange for the return. Contact info@ebssweden.com for help with arranging a return.
If EBS arranges the return of bulky goods, and the cost exceeds the original delivery cost, EBS will offer compensation for the extra cost. If the customer arranges a return of bulky goods on their own without consulting EBS they will also be responsible to cover for the entire cost of the return shipment.
Returned goods should be sent back in the same package they came in. If the original package is no longer available or damaged, please contact EBS for further advice before returning the goods. If the returned goods show traces of use that make it impossible to sell as new, the customer may be charged for the loss of value of the returned goods relative to the damages.

Damages and issues
When the goods arrive check for any visible damages while the person who delivered them is there, so you can file a report with the shipping company before they leave about possible damages due to transport. Then contact EBS (with a copy of the damage report) for return and replacement of the damaged goods.
If the item you ordered is defective in another way than related to the transport, or if you receive the wrong item, contact EBS immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Guarantees & Warranties
All goods bought at the EBS webshop comes with a 2-year guarantee according to EU laws (see link below). In addition, some products may have an extended limited warranty. If so, the additional limited warranty should be mentioned in the product's description.
